MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
<Requirements>
- Graduate from Reputable University with min. GPA 2.75 scale 4
- Male/ Female, Maximum 25 years old
- Able to work / Training Immediately
- Based on JABOTABEK
- Basic in Management and Public Relation are matters
- Fresh Graduate are also welcome
<Technical Competencies>
- Excellent in Presentation Skills; use time effectively to balance
emphasis on relationships and on goals.
- Read, write and speak english fluently and having good
communication
skills.
- Able to operate Computer are matter; office software
- Understand Formalities.
<Behavior Competencies>
- Actively develops and sustain a professional relationship with
partners,
company stakesholders and Customer.
- Able to describe ongoing roles and relationships within the
organization,
with a clear sense of organizational impact.
- Able to involve a genuine intent to foster the long term learning
or
development of others
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
<Requirements>
- Male/ Female, Maximum 24 years old
- Able to work / Training Immediately
- Based on JABOTABEK
- Fresh Graduate will be preferable.
<Technical Competencies>
- Read, write and speaks english (min.passively) and having good
communication
skills.
- Computer Literate will be an advantage.
<Behavior Competencies>
- Willing to learn and actively encourage other to improve self
potential.
- Able to work underpressure as a team or individually and
creatively show
an acceptible improvements
