atau mungkin dia pake Norton Goback !!! kan kl norton goback dia bisa kembali ke waktu yg lalu sebelum password itu di buat, semacam restore gitu lah. Ini cuma dugaan saya, coba aja periksa kompie tempat naro data excel itu protected by norton goback ngga??
