Cek di IIS, ada entry SelfUpdate > 2. Kelihatannya Microsoft membatasi kecepatan download dari server mereka, sekitar 8KB/detik. Ini yang bikin download jadi lama, walaupun bandwidth gede. Kalau di tempat anda semuanya menggunakan Windows bahasa Inggris, ganti settingnya agar hanya download bahasa Inggris saja. Defaultnya adalah download semua bahasa. Ini juga yang bikin download jadi besar dan lama.
