Kemungkinan kena virus itu pak
kemaren ada virus baru yang mereplace semua file office. kalo di trend micro
kebacanya sebagai virus Worm_Grew.a, yang sekarang dah ganti nama jadi
worm_NYXEM bisa di cek di link ini untuk detailnya

kalo ia kena virus ini, maka agak susah untuk recoverynya, musti coba cara
recovery data dari HDD nya.
