Ikutan mas sedikit... Kalau menurut saya IP itu sudah ke blok mas, bnr2 di blacklist... Dicek di spam database lookup ga ada yg nge-list IP itu. Cuma ada psn kayak gini.. - 219.83.2.28 has no reverse DNS entry; some mail servers may not accept your mail. - DNS lookup error: SERVER FAILURE Saya pernah mengalami kayak gitu, ga bisa send e-mail. Saya minta ganti aja IP nya ke ISP nya.
