  BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER - SERVICE & SUPPORT OPERATIONS
   ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES
  An exciting and challenging career opportunity in a senior Information 
Systems (IS) Management position is waiting for the right candidate with a 
balanced mix of technical, solution architectural and people leadership skills.
   
  Reporting to National Information Systems & Technology Manager, you will be 
responsible to provide business solutions deliverables and on going support 
across the CCBI business for all business systems solutions within his/her area 
of responsibilities.
   
  All legacy application support, all new or future application development and 
all maintenance effort for the complete application portfolio within his/her 
area of responsibilities will be the responsibility of the Business Solutions 
Manager to support and provide direction across our business.
   
  Some key responsibilities include:
   
  Coordinate a group of 2 IS Account Managers and 15 Business Solutions 
Analysts as they partner with the functional areas of our business to drive the 
deployment of business system solution;
  Work closely with respective business partners across all service and support 
functions in an effort to understand business requirement, prioritizing effort, 
socialize change and deliver expected results on time for proposed and approved 
systems solutions;
  The ability to remain "hands on" with the user environment and continuously 
understand the fundamental aspects of our business processes will be required 
to generate credibility and knowledge on the solutions required;
  Traveling across the Operations in an effort to communicate and gauge the 
effectiveness of solutions and the ability to measure the implementation 
process to deliver required results;
  Strategic planning and forecasting the work effort to enable solutions to be 
delivered on time will be critical towards the success of the role. This, 
coupled with the on-going effort to align relevant skills and capabilities to 
existing and future technical solution needed, will also contribute heavily to 
the minimal job accountabilities;
   
   REQUIREMENTS
  In line with the above mentioned challenges, the best-fit Candidate would 
have the following qualifications:
   
  Holding Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputable university;
  A minimum of seven (7) years working experience in related field and at least 
five (5) years in managerial position, preferably in beverage industry or fast 
moving consumer goods company;
  Possess an excellent knowledge of business process in more than one of below 
business functions area :
  - Sales & Marketing
  - Finance
  - Human Resources
  - Manufacturing & Logistics
  Extensive knowledge in business applications e.g. ERP System, Decision 
Support System, Supply Chain, etc;
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in written and verbal 
English and Indonesian along with the ability to understand issues when dealing 
with mixed cultures;
  Strong leadership and project management skills are required and the ability 
to develop and bring out the best in peoples abilities;
  Willing to travel to all unit operations in Indonesia;
   
   
  BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST
   
  CCBI is inviting the right candidate to fill in a challenging position in 
Business Services area. As a Business Solutions Analyst you will deliver 
quality business solutions through Information Systems project management 
methodology in the form of projects/tasks. The incumbent also acts as second 
level of support for issues from the deployed solutions. Core responsibilities 
will include:
   
  -          Together with business partners from any department identifying 
business requirements, gaps & risks further designing and re-engineering the 
process using technology to improve cost effectiveness and significantly add 
value to the business.
  -          Work together with business sponsor in managing project by 
establishing functional specification, giving application support and ensuring 
the project objectives to meet the agreed timeframe and budget.
  -          Responsible for SOP, S&P and training materials which is in 
accordance with current business practices.
  -          Assist the implementation of approved business application by 
providing solutions to every escalated problem from IS Customer Service Center 
as the 2nd level applications support and establishing procedure or process to 
prevent problems from re-occurring.
  -          Perform applications version upgrade and testing.
  -          Actively seek improvement of business applications by recognizing 
where efficiency of technology can add value.
  -          Expressing ideas of plans or solutions clearly and effectively 
through both oral and written communication to individuals and groups within 
CCBI or in the organization outside the line of formal authority (such as peers 
in other units or senior management).
  -          Maintain project management, through Information Services Group 
work management database.
  -          Establish technical specification when the solutions of the 
business requirements need future or new development
  REQUIREMENTS
  Ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following 
qualifications:
   
  -          Bachelor degree (S1) from well-known university preferably with 
Industrial Engineering background or have an exposure in Supply Chain or 
Engineering/Production team member in manufacturing or distribution;
  -          Good interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written 
in English
  -          You must be able to demonstrate a good common sense in 
understanding in relevant business issues
  -          Ability to assimilate and apply in a timely manner new job 
information that may vary in complexity
  -          To be a successful candidate for this position one (1) years 
experience as a business system implementer or IT Application analyst would be 
a minimal acceptable qualification.
