bisa kok, format hardisk itu sebenarnya cuma daftar file nya saja yang di hapus, file nya sendiri masih ada di hardisk. kalau setelah di format belum di pakai lagi bisa dipastikan masih selamat 100% tapi kalau sudah dipakai makain lama, data yang terformat akan di timpa oleh data baru, jadi makin sulit menemukan file-file lama nya...program nya sory lupa...btw cari di google aja, keyword nya recovery data, atau undelete, atau unformat hardisk...dll
