Helpdesk Staff

Specification :

-         Knowledgeable in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, Server, TCP/IP and LAN.

-         Knowledgeable about Remedy Software.

-         Have an excellent communication skill.

-         Capable in English written and spoken.

-         Can work under pressure.

 

Helpdesk Case Manager

Specification :

-         Knowledgeable in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, Server, TCP/IP and LAN.

-         Knowledgeable about Remedy Software.

-         Have an excellent communication skill.

-         Capable in English written and spoken.

-         Strong Analytical skill..

-         Have an experienced in handling vendor.

-         Can work under pressure.

 

Type of work : Contract (Based on project).
