Mudah-mudahan bisa bantu dikit nih. Untuk di Identity yg baru, : 1. Kamu coba kirim 1 email kosong kemana saja, jadi nanti file sent Items.dbx akan terbentuk secara otomatis. 2. Klik kanan - Properties di Sent Items, catat letak file Sent Items.dbx. 3. Keluar dari program OE 4. Copy file Sent Items.dbx yang kamu miliki dan TIMPA file Sent Items.dbx yang ada di Identity yang baru yang sudah kamu catat. 5. Coba masuk lagi ke OE. Mudah-mudahan Sent Items-nya sudah terganti dengan hasil backup.
Begitu juga untuk file-2 lain (yang di OE dinamakan folder, buat dulu foldernya baru kemudian ditimpa dengan hasil backup tapi diluar OE.
