Bagaimanakah cara mengatur tampilan web agar tetap proporsional pada monitor dgn resolusi 1024 x 768 atau resolusi 800 x 600 pixel,,, saya bikin tampilan di monitor dgn resolusi 1024,,, trus udah ngatur pake persen, pake pixel, tetap aja hasilnya acak-acakan pas siliat pada monitor resolusi 800x600,,, 2. Pertanyaan no 1 tadi,,, kalo saya bikinnya pake frame, ngatur framesetnya gimana yak ?
