Ya, permasalahan sekarang adalah kecepatan akses. Kalau server diluar dibanding server dalam negeri, apakah kecepatan aksesnya berbeda secara signifikan? Ada pengalaman buka plasa.com, lambat banget meskipun servernya dalam negeri. Buka yahoo, hotmail lebih cepat. Ada masukan?
