Sorry coba bantu walaupun OOT kali ya..... back up dulu, terus keluarkan mmc, sim card & batere............... setelah kira-kira uda nggak ada energy lagi masukkan baterenya, buka layarnya, terlihat kata NOKIA, sebelum gambar tangan keluar pencet SHIFT + CTRL + huruf F BERSAMAAN selama beberapa detik (5 detik lebih) dilayar akan terbaca MAU DIFORMAT ? pencet kata format di kanan layar, biarkan bekerja nanti ada beberapa pertanyaan untuk setting-an baru,
