bukan seperti dreamweaver mas. CMS itu adalah Content Management System. Biasanya sebuah web memiliki halaman utk administrator utk mengatur content (isi) dari web tersebut. nah, dengan adanya CMS, tugas admin akan lebih dipermudah lagi.
Sedangkan dreamweaver hanyalah salah satu program untuk membuat CMS tersebut. saat ini banyak CMS yang beredar gratis dan bisa didownload, salah satunya Mambo, dll.
