The selected individual will provide help desk support, attend and resolve CICO tenants questions and/or problems, identify and report problems that require in-depth support or research; assist in the operation and maintenance of the Local Area Network; install, configure and support hardware and software systems; assist in the design and implementation of computer programs, computer configurations and perform related work as required. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a relevant degree. Two years of professional experience in analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems associated with mainframe terminal, PC, or LAN; setting up mainframe terminals, PCs or LANs; configuring and networking devices for the end user; installing software applications; and/or installing and implementing telecommunications facilities and service. Non graduate with 4 years experiences in the above field is also encouraged to apply.
