IT Security Officer (HP) Primary Function Demonstrates a depth and breadth of understanding of the technical and operational security challenges of the Trade Customers being supported. Ensure Security policy and Standards compliance (to either the Customer or GDIS policies and standards), Incident response management and business continuity planning services are delivered for the client where contracted. Provide security consulting and project management support for new business, service variations and current accounts. Proactively establishes and builds productive relationships with customers and business partners that adds value to the security infrastructure to support Trade Customers. Local contact for security issues, escalations and alerts. Responsibility Oversee security operations Coordinate with towers (Network/Wintel/Unix/etc) delivering security modules on behalf of HP Focal point for IT security related communication with customer Document Risk Assessment Document Privileged Access Maintain Security Plan Train transferred staff in HP MS Security Processes where applicable (Sec Awareness) Support Governance (Audit facilitation, MAP, Self Assessment) Security lead in the ITSM processes Security Improvement Security Planning Minimum Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be based in Indonesia. 5+ years of experience in IT support and service delivery Knowledge of current computer technologies and strategies Desktop, Server (UX, NT, NetWare etc), Networking, Help Desk. Interest/Experience in Security. Certification in Security (e.g.: GSEC, CISSP) advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated project management, planning, organization and analysis skills Good teamwork skills. PM (Project Manager) general requirement : 1. Having IT formal education background or similar 2. Having at least 3 years in managing IT projects especially in managing large equipment deployment to all around Indonesia or similar project 3. Knowledge in microsoft environment is necessary 4. Professional PM certification would be an advantage 5. Good Communication, teamwork and leadership We need hiring temporary contract for 3-6 months period.
