Hi guys, I am new here at this forum. I want to help my friend who doesn't have a IT skill to make a decision to start a software company in Surabaya. First I want to introduce myself. I am born in Indonesia but living in Holland since 1978. My Indonesian language is not so good, but I can read and understanding the most posting very well.
If my friend decided to start a Dot Net software company (advise by my), I will join the company as coordinator and lead engineer from Holland. I have a job here in Netherland as Senior .Net Software engineer. I do not know much about the IT development in Surabaya. I know that Jakarta is better place to starting a business, but my friend lives in Surabaya and prefer to do the business also in Surabaya. So I will appreciated If someone can tell me more about the Software development culture in Surabaya. I am very curious about: 1. .Net Software Development with Object Oriented skills, is it easy to find developer with that skills? And what is the best place to look for experienced developers or starter with huge potential? 2. What is the best place to esthablish a company in Surabaya, is there any Software development complex. 3. What about the internet connection, is there any braodband with no access limit, and I think it's also depend the location?
