who can fulfill this following position:
Manager of Application Services
Job Desc
Generally to direct and coordinate activities of Application Development
Department
Manage application development team to maximize ROI through quality
application system
Implement full application development life cycle
Continues to enhance the application architecture
Build and manage a development environment that maximize reuse, quality and
speed of application system delivery
Qualification:
Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree in computer or Information Technology
related business analysis and / or application architecture
3 years of people management responsibility
Practical experience of planning, designing and implementing application
in a complex distributed environment
Knowledge of platform integration technology, such as Microsoft.NET
Extensive project management
Having some system background will be an advantage
Good communication and interaction with client staff at executive levels
Dedicated, self discipline, positive thinking and good personality
Proficiency in English
Consulting background will be an advantage
Strong methodology based application development experience
