Senior Project Manager (SPM)
General Requirements:
Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry
related discipline
At least 8 years project experience
Indepth project management skills and methodology including commercial,
technical and legal issues; PM Certification preferred
Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to clients
Demonstrated leadership abilities; Leadership skills and proactive
approach
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from
others
Mentoring and coaching ability
Good command in English (spoken and written)
Willing and able to travel
Responsibilities:
Leads overall consulting engagement to ensure that it meets all scope,
time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and
managing the customer projects
Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell
and implement solutions to customer problems
Manages project teams, customer teams and third party vendors
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may
participate in cross-functional initiatives
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees
Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data
requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements
and establishing policies
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies
and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving
objectives
Technical Capabilities:
Broad knowledge of computer technology and future trends
Understand client/server technology, networking systems and solutions,
middleware concepts, IT security, web technologies, data warehousing, internet,
portal technologies
Preferable with knowledge in service and solution knowledge in
telecommunication industry
Solution Architect BSS (SA BSS)
General Requirements:
S1 degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication, GPA Min 3.00
Minimum experience 8 years in IT and/or Telecommunication industry
At least 3 years experience as project managers
Good command in English (spoken and written)
Excellent consulting and communications skills
Willing and able to travel
Responsibilities:
Effectively applies technical knowledge to a sales situation and crafting
solutions for clients
Meets or exceeds revenue, product, customer satisfaction and market share
goals for assigned account(s)
Tailors strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client,
and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate
customer needs and facilitate solution development
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues
Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data
requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple
levels both internally and with the client by developing a core understanding
of the clients unique business needs and competitive challenges
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may
participate in cross-functional initiatives
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees
Technical Capabilities:
Knowledgeable in business support systems solution and related application
development for telecommunication industry
Experience in installing and configuring networks, applications and
platforms using a variety of industry products and technologies
Experience in developing Statements of Work, Deliverables, and overall
Project Plan
Intense knowledge of the telecommunication and IT industry, with in-depth
knowledge of at least one specific functional area such as Billing System,
Mediation System, CRM, Systems Management, Network Management or a comparable
IT technology discipline
