Mungkin terminal USBnya ada yang kendor, sehingga saat dipasangkan, sumber tegangannya terhubung singkat ke ground. Terminal USB di komputer, biasanya ada beberapa, nah coba dipasang ke terminal lainnya, apakah gejalanya sama ? Kalau di tempat lain tidak masalah, maka terminal itu yang rusak atau periksa, barangkali ada isi staples terselip disitu.
