ente pake windows apa klo windows Xp coba lihat task manager nya ( ctrl+alt+del )cek juga di msconfig,uncheck link yg menurut anda aneh klo 100% berarti ente kena virus atau malware coba scan pake antivirus freeware ( Stinger atau NgenFix ) klo malware pake Adaware atau Spybot-Search and Destroy Pastikan semua terupdate dengan baik dan scan nya dr SafeMode
