Sebab saya langganan ADSL Unlimited 512 kbps (ini menurut kontrak) dengan CIR 1:32. Namun ketika saya test dengan menggunakan speakeasy.net (untuk yang international) selalu dapetnya 90 kbps (ini paling tinggi selama 1 minggu test) dan lokalnya selalu dibawah 384 kbps (ngukur melalui plasa.com). Kalo selalu kaya gini, makanya jadi bingung, apakah langganan saya adalah ADSL unlimited 512 kbps atau jangan jangan hanya 384 bahkan mungkin paling rendah kali. Mohon terangnya. Terima kasih.
