Hehehee...di IPCop sudah ada squid-nya mas. anda tinggal tuning aja. Nah supaya squidnya ipcop lebih powerfull, tinggal pasang add on tambahan yakni Adv Proxy. Nah di situ anda bisa atur maximal bandwith per user berapa kbps.
Kalau aku seh max bandwith per user sekitar 128 kbps (16 kBps) coz bandwith kantor sekitar 512 kbps. Pake squid/proxy benar2 bisa menghemat bandwiidth karena sudah diatur pemakaiannnya jadi tidak ada hukum rimba.
