Untuk IC regulator seri 78xx, sumber masukan harus lebih besar 3V dari
keluarannya, karena itu harus mengunakan IC Low Drop Regulator Voltage.

Untuk regulatornya, bisa digunakan IC murah meriah 7812 untuk yang 12 volt
dan 7805 untuk yang 5 voltnya.
Jadi dari sumber accu, misalnya dari Cigarette Lighter, masuk ke kaki kiri,
kaki tengah di ground dan kaki kanan itu outputnya. Cuma saya sendiri belum
coba, apakah IC 7812 nya bisa mengeluarkan hasil yang baik atau tidak,
mengingat seharusnya tegangan inputnya harus lebih besar dari 12 volt yang
nilainya sudah lupa.
