1. Mail & Messaging Solution Architect
He or she must have:
Track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions in
large enterprise or service provider environments using Microsoft
Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
At least 4 years of experience in deploying Microsoft Exchange
solutions.
Proven requirements capture, requirements analysis and solution
architecting skills
Experience in implementing Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft
Exchange 2003 solutions in large enterprise environments
incorporating security features (eg. Virus scanning, spam detection
etc.)
General Requirements
Degree in IT, computer Science or Engineering Discipline
Training in deployment of Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange 2003
Microsoft Certification Preferred
2. Support Engineer (HP OpenView)
Job Description:
Responsible for the customisation of OpenView Service Desk as part
of the Enterprise Network Monitoring Solution (ENMS). Will be
responsible for the following:
Installation and configuration of OV Service Desk
Integration of OVDS with OVO console
Data loading of OVSD CMDB set of services and SLAs.
Creation of user accounts
Customisation of escalations and workflows needed by the ENMS
solution.
Preparation of training and administration documentation
General Requirement
Track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise or
service provider Network Management solutions using HP OpenView
suite of tools in large enterprise or service provider environments.
At least 2 years experience in implementing Service Desk in large
enterprise environments.
Experience in implementing the helpdesk, problem management, change
management, configuration management & SLA management process using
ITIL/ITSM best practices and OpenView ServiceDesk (OVSD).
Implementation experience with OVSD Helpdesk, Change Management and
SLA management modules.
Working knowledge of HP OpenView Operations.
Experience in developing reporting solutions, i.e. automating the
generation of customer service reports, system & network performance
reports.
Experience with decision support systems
Good communications, writing and presentation skills. Good command
of the English language.
Degree IT, Computer Science or Engineering discipline
Training in ITSM/ITIL, OpenView Operations & OpenView ServiceDesk
3. Network Engineer
Job Description
Review current documentation and work with consultants to update
these proposals for missing portion, e.g. access list
Update/Document/Review the current network & PIX access details
Review current IT access with the various teams.
Plan the changes, processes and resources in the team.
Maintain internetworking devices like Cisco Routers, Catalyst,
Firewalls, and other IT equipment like wireless devices and VPNs.
Perform upgrade of Cisco IOS, Firewall OS, Wireless device's
firmware, etc
Keep track of inventory of all existing networking equipment like
the labeling, warranties, etc
Prepare and update technical documentation, reports and Standard
Operation Procedures
Participate in mini-projects related to, for e.g., sourcing for the
right capacity router or switch
Perform 7x 24 hours standby duties when assigned
Work after-offices hour to support network outage or other
activities related to networking issues
General Requirement
Must have strong understanding on Cisco IOS
Preferably should have about 3 years experience.
Must have good communication & documentation skills, including
command over English Language.
Working knowledge with products like Cisco PIX.
Working knowledge with transmission technologies like MPLS, ATM,
leased lines and ISDN, internetworking technologies likes VLAN, STP
and Routing Protocol like BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
Hands-on experience in system installation, configuration and
maintenance of Cisco Internetworking-related products like Routers
(2600, 3600 series minimum) and Catalysts (4000,6000 Series minimum)
Possess positive working attitude with good customer handling skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people
With at least 2 years of Networking Administration experience
Degree IT, Computer Science or related discipline
Must have either CCNA certificate (Cisco Certified Network
Associate) or have attended Cisco related course on routers
