santay bro, kynye tiap perusahaan punya kriteria untuk merekrut calon karyawannya.. ingat pak kita ini di Indonesia, yg mana orang melihat dr imej duluan.. begitu jg kl kita melihat imej lulusan dari PTN or Binus itu high skills, padahal belum tentu... mungkin mereka menilai kl lulusan PTN itu eager to learn, padhal balik lg keorangnya.. saya setuju sama pak Joko, yg ini kualifikasinya harus dr PTN ma Binus, bahkan banyak untuk posisi Staf IT kualifikasinya harus dr IT Field juga, nah bagaimana yg bukan lulusan IT tp punya IT skills lebih dr yg lulusan IT ?? ky Pak Joko, Saya dan teman2 yg lain ??? . . Yg penting tetap berusaha, jangan pantang menyerahhh... kl punya keahlian & punya kemauan belajar kg perlu takut bro...
