IT Helpdesk Coordinator ( HDC )
Qualifications :
1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Management or
Accounting with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
2. Have a minimum of 2 years IT call center or helpdesk
management experience with success record in managing staffs and all incoming
IT problems.
3. Must have knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC and
peripheral troubleshooting
4. Must have knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
jobs db )
5. Must have good interpersonal relationship and leadership
skills
6. Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, Flexibility,
Eager to help people and can work under pressure with limited supervision
7. Female or male and max 28 years old.
Job descriptions or responsibilities :
1. Responsible for daily helpdesk operations and managing all
incoming IT problems
2. Responsible for helpdesk operation documentation and user
manual documentation
3. Responsible for helpdesk goals and objectives to internal
helpdesk staffs
4. Build a solid helpdesk team, optimize staffs, and develop
effective training for staffs and users
5. Maintain helpdesk for identifying problems, identifying
operation trends and implementing best workflow solutions to produce maximum
result and efficient
6. Arrange weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to develop
strategies to maximize service level agreement
7. Manage working relationships with other IT units
especially with IT application development unit or IT infrastructure unit and
give best suggestion to improve IT solutions.
