dari pengalaman saya, komputer restart bisa disebabkan oleh hardware ataupun oleh software. oleh hardware biasanya terletak di Moherboard, ataupun dari powersupply.klo software biasanya terletak dari aplikasi yang berat ataupun karena virus.
