Mungkin perusahaannya udah mapan dan stabil, jadi :
admin --> tinggal add or remove user baru aja di Active Directory :P
network technician --> vendor seperti lintas arta, dll, cuma supervisi
doang :P
DB Programmer --> cuma backup DB aja, jadi gampang, kan........ :P
JavaProgrammer --> ini main job-nya kali, karena byknya permintaan dari
user :P
dll --> vendor juga
kalo begini doang, siapa yang nggak mau dibayar 6 jt per bulan....... :P

Wah hebat dong anda! salut kalo anda mau digaji segitu.
Pasaran gaji developer .NET (advance) aja udah sekitar 4 jt/month
(nett). Belum lagi mesti kuasain 2000/2003 server ditambah DB
programmer.
Gmana ngatur kerjaannnya yach??? admin+network technician+DB
