Pak, kalo pesen errornya "Failed to establish a secure connection to the security gateway" maka problemnya umumnya ada di lokal pc tsb. Biasanya ada di setting ip yg belum benar atau yg paling sering, dns salah.
Kalo hubungan sama port, pesan erorrnya jadi "Initiating TCP to 202.6.211.33 port 10000. Failed to establish a TCP connection" Bisa coba tracert dari client ke 202.6.211.33 ?
