Dh, Kemungkinan emailnya masuk ke bulk folder karena dianggap SPAM. Mungkin bisa dicek di Bulk foldernya apakah ada? Kemungkinan kedua adalah dari setting email corporate anda yang mengeblock email ke yahoo. Kalau emailnya dari MS outlook mungkin bisa dicek authentication pada outgoing servernya.
