Keliatan nya ini ada masalah di protocol routing in exchangenya. Apakah di depan exchange ada firewall lagi ? sudah dibuka untuk port SMTP nya kan ? bisa coba nslookup site-site misalnya yahoo.com dari server exchange tersebut ?
