betul kata ech muhlifan "bikin formnya pakai html biasa saja, namun dibutuhkan script yang akan menghandle setiap form yang disubmit." klo ditanya cara bikin form nya kan. tapi lain hal klo anda membutuh kan history arsip dari setiap komentar. itu bisa pake database atau di simpen didale file biasa, co : Txt ,xml , dll.
