Saya sedang membuat satu Sistem Database yang saya gunakan untuk monitoring
Delivery Dokumen Inv Ke Customers, hanya saya menemukan kendala
yaitu pada saat membuat report saya membuat suatu ekspresi Jumlah Grand
Total Invoice dengan Kriteria Currency USD Dan IDR sehingga harapanya
jumlah amount IDR & USD terpisah, report diambil dari Query Register
invoice dengan menggunakan Criteria tanggal invoice sehingga yang muncul
hanya invoice yang sesuai dengan tanggal yang saya entry pada Parameter
Value yang saya entry di Dialog Form Periode.
Nah karena di access yang saya tau tidak ada Sumif seperti di Excel maka
saya menggunakan Ekspresi : DSum("[Grand Total]";"[Query Invoice By
Category Periode]";"[Currency]='USD'").
Hasilnya pada saat saya buka dengan Query tidak menggunakan kriteria
Invoice date Ekspresi tersebut tidak Errors begitu pula pada saat Query
menggunakan kriteria Invoice date dengan masukan Invoice date dari tanggal
1/07/2006 s.d 15/07/2006 rumus tersebut masih berfungsi tetapi anehnya pada
saat saya memasukan invoice date dari tanggal 01/07/2006 s.d 27/07/2006
rumus tersebut errors begitu pula saat saya memasukan dari tanggal 17/07/06
s.d 17/07/06,
Nah mungkin ada yang bisa bantu saya untuk memecahkan masalah ini, atau
mungkin ada cara lain sehingga saya bisa menjumlahkan dengan kriteria
tertentu
misalnya tadi IDR & USD, seperti layaknya Sumif Dan Countif di Excel.
