Masuk ke BIOS, periksa PnP clocknya, buat yang paling rendah dahulu, misalnya 100 MHz / 100 MHz.
Kalau masih tetap tidak bisa, coba BIOS nya di reset dahulu. Untuk men reset nya, baca buku manual Mother Board. Umumnya, saat komputer mati, ada jumper yang harus dipindah untuk waktu sekian detik, setelah itu dikembalikan dan dinyalakan kembali. Kalau masih juga tidak bisa, mungkin power supplynya sudah tidak mampu mencatu daya dengan cukup.
