Kayaknya bukan untuk cari masalah deh. Justru biar kita sedikit "melek" sama gaji standar yg ada di perusahaan lain. Ada sebagian yg merasa underpaid, padahal sebenarnya emang :D Hihihihi...
Kan ndak etis kalo saya dan Mas Satrya pekerjaan sama, tapi trs tanya2 gaji dll. Belum tentu masing2 orang bakal open bukan? Selain itu bagus juga buat modal kalo interview di perusahaan lain, jadi ada patokan kira2 brapa harga jual kita.
