Our client is a multinational company, one of the largest health and
beauty retail chain in Asia. Due to its current expansion in Indonesia, the
company is seeking young, energetic and high-caliber candidates to take up the
challenges as:
IT Manager
Major responsibilities: To develop, setup, and implement an integrated IT
infrastructure at each outlet from the beginning. Maintain the retail systems
as well as handling the IT department related to network, hardware, software
and POS systems. Responsible to handle the servers and all client maintenance
to make sure the systems are up and running at all times. This position will
reports directly to the Regional IT Director.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of experience in RETAIL OPERATIONS and MANAGEMENT
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with POS (Point Of Sales) system
- Good analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent
communication,negotiation and influence skills as well as project management
skills- Able to work both in teams and independently
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
