nambahin nih om2... kalo yang di rubah cuma policy nya aja.. tepatnya di : user configuration --> administrative template --> control panel --> display --> prevent changing wallpaper / remove display in control panel / hide desktop tab ..
itu belum cukup... ternyata wallpeper masih bisa di ganti... coba buka gambar yang mau di pake wallpapaer trus klik kanan ada 'set as desktop background'... untuk ilangin menu dari klik kanan picture tersebut pasti harus lewat registry secara manual..
