Ini membahas HP atau Komputer?? Kalo boleh saya jawab, kemungkinan OS-nya musti direset ulang, dateng ke Samsung service centre aja. Atau mungkin keseringan dibuka pasang batere HP-nya jadi agak longgar. Atau jg kamu pake casing yg bukan original jadi gak ngepas.
