biasanya pop sama smtpnya sudah include waktu install qmail.
coba cek #qmailctl stat , lihat apakah service pop, smtp dan imapnya sudah up
atau belum. untuk ngecek pop3 nya bisa # telnet localhost 110 ,
pastikan juga port 110 nya dibuka di firewallnya biar bisa diakses dari outlook
