Our client is a world-leading telecommunication provider which gives services
to mobile and fixed network operators globally.
They are now looking for the best talents to fill the below vacant position :
SLSI CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER (Code : CPM)- 2 positions available
The incumbent will be responsible for all project activities during the
project establishment, execution and conclusion phases. He/She would has the
overall responsibility to achieve the project goals with respect to functions,
time and budget, and for the progress of the project. He/She administrates
plans, risk handling, resources issues and reports to the project to steering
group and project sponsor. He/She should also manage the customer relation and
the customer's expectations and thus handle changes in an appropriate way in
conjunction with the requirements for the projects as described in the project
specification. Additionally, He/She would have some staff members to support
his/her responsibilities.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer
Science, or equivalent experience in a related discipline. Having a
certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management
Institute is preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience of project management in the Telecom or IT
industry.
Exceptional project management skills, from pre-sales to delivery,
including requirement analysis, scooping, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling,
quality control, and customer management.
Exceptional process management skills.\
Highly developed skills of relevant tolls (MORE, Verdi, MS Project, etc).
Good telecommunication knowledge.
Highly developed Business and Financial understanding.
Good understanding in Sales Strategies and Methodologies.
Highly developed English language, both written and spoken.
Highly developed Leadership skills (Business Manager, Innovator,
Competence Developer and Relationship Builder).
Highly developed communication skills (Presentation, Interpersonal and
Influencing skills).
