1. CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER (Code : CPM)- 2 positions available
The incumbent will be responsible for all project activities during the
project establishment, execution and conclusion phases. He/She would has the
overall responsibility to achieve the project goals with respect to functions,
time and budget, and for the progress of the project. He/She administrates
plans, risk handling, resources issues and reports to the project to steering
group and project sponsor. He/She should also manage the customer relation and
the customer's expectations and thus handle changes in an appropriate way in
conjunction with the requirements for the projects as described in the project
specification. Additionally, He/She would have some staff members to support
his/her responsibilities.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer
Science, or equivalent experience in a related discipline. Having a
certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management
Institute is preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience of project management in the Telecom or IT
industry.
Exceptional project management skills, from pre-sales to delivery,
including requirement analysis, scooping, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling,
quality control, and customer management.
Exceptional process management skills.
Highly developed skills of relevant tolls (MORE, Verdi, MS Project, etc).
Good telecommunication knowledge.
Highly developed Business and Financial understanding.

2. SOLUTION INTEGRATOR (Code : SI) 3 positions available
The incumbent will be responsible to Secures planning, design, installation,
configuration, testing and integration of the solution delivered to the
customer, ensuring that testing and integration are performed as planned and
verifying that the solution is working as company and customer have agreed.
He/She would be responsible for full scope of integration activities, including
pre-site preparation/planning, configuration and integration of appropriate
SLSI network elements and systems as well as participate in pre studies,
product selections, and setting system requirements on company developed and
sources products to secure quality and simplify the integration.
Main Tasks :
Assist/support during contract/commercial negotiations, in the technical
scoping of integration service delivery.
Involvement in interoperability/verification activities.
Undertake any first site implementation of verified new element or
functionally, which under the guidance of the appropriate supporting
organization.
Interpretation of integration plans into detailed level activity schedule
for on site activities.
Perform pre-integration site checks according to installed hardware &
system requirements to ensure that all equipment is ready for integration.
Ensure that product configuration data is available.
Bring any standalone hardware into a functionality operational state.
Use of customer contacts/relationship to communicate and ensure all of the
required customer pre-requisites are in place such as transmission and
configuration of other equipment.
Through appreciation of the system/network design principles, implement
and troubleshoot the configuration of new elements into the system and its
interfaces to gain resolution of any problems.
By performing series of test and activities, demonstrate/prove network
level functionality and services, which have been verified previously in test
environment.
Documenting test results and log files for presentation to the Customer as
part of handover/delivery package.
Provide detailed level progress and status reports according to the
project requirements. Be a point of technical coordination escalation for on
site problems and issues.
Prepare and perform handover to the support organization/customer.
Requirements :
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer
Science, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
Having at least 5 10 years experience in the specific implementation
area. (VAS, IN, Charging, Messaging, Streaming etc).
High developed telecom knowledge (Network Elements, Fixed/Mobile
architectures, Charging concepts, etc).
Highly developed knowledge in the following fields :
Operating systems : Windows, Unix (Solaris, HO-UX, AIX, Linux)
Databases : Sybase, Oracle, Versant, MySQL, others.
Development languages : Java, C/C++, SQL, XML/XSL, JSP, Perl, Shell
Scripts, others.
Protocols : TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7 (CS1+, MAP, INAP), RPC, FTP, HTTP/HTPPS,
CAI, LDAP, CAMEL, others.
Applications/Solutions : IN-VPN, CS, EMA, MM, MMS, ECDS, MoIP, CRM,/ERP,
ESDP, others.
Different platforms knowledge (e.g. INS, TSP, etc).
Highly developed Customer Orientation and Consultative Skills.
Highly developed English language, both written and spoken.

3. SOLUTION ARCHITECT IN & CHARGING SOLUTIONS (Code : SA/IN)

5. SOLUTION ARCHITECT NETWORK MANAGEMENT & OSS SOLUTIONS(Code : SA/NM)
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that competitive IN & Charging
Solutions (Code : SA/IN) or Multimedia Solutions (Code : SA/MS) or Network
Management & OSS Solutions (Code: SA/NM) are provided to customers, either as
solution proposals in and Advise service, as offers in the sales phase or as
delivered solutions as a result of a project, in a professional way, from a
solution point of view, all in order to get satisfied customers and secure
profitability from employer.
Main Tasks :
Supporting the market and sales organization as an expert in the solution
portfolio. This includes :
To wrote and review Statement of Compliance documents and customer
solution descriptions.
To write and review marketing material.
To contribute at customer visits as the solution and technical expert.
To make solution presentations.
To define and produce functional requirement specifications.
Contribute to solution cost estimates.
Perform intelligence acquisition and analysis on market trends,
competitors, etc.
Lead and perform advisory studies and pre studies.
Participate in customer projects, including to define, manage and verify
solutions.
Define, manage and verify solutions to customer projects.
Identify new business opportunities.
In Solution Life Cycle Management Function :
Secure tat service delivery of Solution Management is properly prepared
during the Systems Integration Project.
Support the Customer and the local marketing and sales organization as an
expert on the customer solution.
For Solution Support and Life Cycle Management activities, manage the
customer relation and ensure that the customer's expectation on the implemented
solution are fulfilled.
Take responsibility for the Life Cycle Management for customer solution.
This includes managing the Evolution Planning for customer solution both from a
life cycle perspective, of the products included in the customer solution, and
from the customer requirement perspective.
Vendor management.
Maintain the internal Working Level Agreement for provisioning of the
Solution Management Service.
General Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Solution Architect or similar area in
Telecom industry.

Having background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the

Have background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the
Technical Sales & Consultancy capacity, with a strong focus in Multimedia
Solution areas in Telecom networks (WAP, MMS, IMS, LBS, Streaming, 3G
Applications, Mobile TV solutions, Portal solutions, Unified Messaging, etc)
(Code : SA/MS).
Have background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the
Technical Sales & Consultancy capacity, with a strong focus in NMS and OSS
areas in Telecom networks (NMS, HP OpenView, TeMIP, MicroMuse, Metrica, TEMS,
OSS-RC, SNMS, Minilink Manager, Remedy, Inventory Management, Configuration
