DID itu hampir sama seperti CO cuma DID itu adalah line ASDN (Digital) dari telkom yang bisa kita request berapa nomor yang kita minta misalkan : nomor 612-0000 sampai 612 - 1000 berarti DID kita ada 1000 nomor yang bisa kita assign untuk masing2 user yang berfungsi sebagai direct line.
Di sisi PABX harus ada card ISDN untuk menghandle DID tsb. Kalau biasa kan kita pakai CO card (analog) untuk menghandle CO kita (nomor2 telp dari telkom). Kalau kurang jelas, PM aja ok boss ?
