coba masuk ke administrative tools - service - cari symantec antivirus trus
klik kanan properties. dibagian log on, yg tadinya cek di local system account,
coba ganti dengan this account , isi user sama passwordnya, trus restart
service atau boot ulang windowsnya.

scan, dengan message " could not start scan. scan engine returned error
0x20000058". tapi realtime protection-nya jalan. juga tidak bisa di
update (antivirusnya un-managed).
