Mas biasanya itu udah ada include di productnya, pake pabx apa ? tapi kalau mau dibikin billing emang harus ada software. tapi kalo untuk setting 3 menit putus atau yang lainnya itu udah bisa di settingdi pabx nya. tapi untuk billing coba hubungi ke 0817871053 sama gilanx kalo saya ngga ada biasanya Achmad soalnya kita satu team, estimasi saya kira2 20 jt sih tapi ngga tahu tergantung feature yang Bapak ingin sih.kita pernah buat tapi pabxnya menggunakan nortel sebenarnya sama aja sih.
