KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : * Prepare Detail Business Requirement for calculate the credit risk model - standardized approach, internal ratings based approach both foundation & advanced as local and international best practice (BI & Basel II). * Coordinating with vendor & IT to enhancing RMS sub Credit and ensure the system effectively managed * Continuously analyzing and simulating the changes of any credit risk parameters, as well as evaluating the impact to PermataBank's performance. * Developing risk measurement acumen to be able to establish and implement internal model system on bank-wide basis. * Developing internal credit rating of all lending customers of PermataBank to accomodate optimal pricing and equity of the Bank. * Regular assessing and calibrating the internal credit rating and other credit risk model in RMS sub Credit QUALIFICATION : * Bachelor Degree (Preffered from ITB or UI), with min. GPA 2.75 * Educational Back ground : Statistic * Open to Fresh Graduate * Statistic skills, Analytical skills, conceptual skills, good projection skills, quantitative analysis, communication skills, problem solving.
