coba aja dulu scan pake anti virus.....
kalo discan ga jalan juga kemungkinan itu sudah terkena virus
nah kalo sudah parah, itu harus direload ulang windowsnya non....
tapi sebelumnya konsultasi dulu sama team IT Supportnya
