Periksa setting BIOS untuk Sound on Boardnya, barangkali statusnya tidak aktif dan aktifkan. Kalau ternyata sudah aktif, coba di set BIOS nya ke Default (sebelumnya, catat semua konfigurasi BIOSnya, supaya bisa dikembalikan ke status semula). Setelah itu coba lagi. Kalau tetap tidak bisa, berarti Sound on Boardnya rusak. Pasang Sound Card external.
