Our client seeks to hire ambitious and career minded professional who seek new challenge and able to work in a fast paced working environment: Sales Director Business Software Solutions Primary Responsibilities : § Providing leadership within their assigned sector and market leadership the external companys ecosystem of partners/ analysts/ customers. § Drive the sector business planning process, integrating all Sector customer-facing functions (sales, partner and solution support, professional services and industry marketing) as well as shared service corporate functions: finance, human resources, legal, marketing, customer support and education and training. § Directing sales, partner solution support, professional services and industry marketing for the sector and ensures proper integration of these customer-facing functions to create customer value and meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction. § Achieve alignment within the Sector regarding the prioritization of goals and strategies developed within the business plan. § Responsible and accountable for driving the development and execution of their own Sector business plan, and ensuring that P & L performance targets are met and exceeded. § Achieve annual and quarterly financial objectives, including but not limited to sales, market share, P & L, win / loss rations and retention / attrition ratios. Required Experience and Education: Indonesian (Or Indian / Malaysian expatriates currently working in Jakarta/ or prior working experience in Indonesia may also apply). At least 15 years experience of relevant business experience is required, including specific experience in a Sector vertical industry. Proven management experience at Vice President or General Manager level within a major corporation is also required (e.g. Fortune 500 or major information technology firm), with previous responsibilities in the areas of P & L management and customer lifecycle management. Prior success in team building, driving team performance and initiating team improvement is strongly advised. Previous experience within a fast paced, high-growth and customer focused environment is advised. Experience in e-Business solutions is a plus. Experience in a recognized learning organization is also a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science is required.
