betul pak. outlook kayanya membatasi inboxnya sampai 2 GB. (CMIIW). caranya adalah sebagai berikut : 1. buat folder baru misal : surat_lama 2. Buka tempat penyimpanan email tersebut (umumnya ada di C:\Document and setting\nama user\local setting\application\outlook.. 3. disitu akan ada file namanya adalah surat_lama.dbx 4. rename file inbox.dbx menjadi surat_lama1.dbx 5. kemudian rename surat_lama.dbx menjadi inbox.dbx 6. rename kembali surat_lama1.dbx menjadi surat_lama.dbx 7. buka kembali outllok.. maka semua email yg tadinya ada di inbox skr berada di folder surat lama, dan inbox akan kosong kembali.
