Coba anda update dulu virus definition norton anda dengan yang terbaru. Atau bila anda mau mencoba, anda bisa mencoba download Eset NOD32 versi 2.7 di www.eset.com, soalnya biasanya virus yang tidak bisa dihilangkan menggunakan norton bisa diatasi dengan NOD32.
